Adobe’s take on web conferencing, Connect is a powerful and fairly simple to use solution. It allows for high definition streaming, and provides powerful administrative tools to manage a presentation.

Good Features:

• Has screen sharing functionality.
• Allows users to "raise hand" should they want to speak.
• Offers HD streaming, including video playback.
• Allows users to connect via URL link.
• Allows storing work in progress.
• Linux and Mac OS X support.

Bad Features:

• Not a dedicated E-class software: missing many associated features.
• Requires large amounts of bandwidth.
• Must have a dedicated server to run the software.
• Must have a copy of VMware on the server.

Missing Features:

• No system to keep track of attendance.
• Doesn’t have multiple writable layers.
• Missing archiving feature
• No login service for clients: invite via URL.
• No Ability to create slides within the client.
