The primary functionality of the Test Tool system is for creating, generating, and adminstering tests. The Test Tool operations are performed by three classes of user: administrators (manage the data), instructors (make and adminster the tests), and students (take the tests).

Following the start screen of the Test Tool details of system use are presented in the following scenarios:

• an instructor generating questions
• an instructor managing and creating tests
• an instructor administering tests
• a student taking a test
• an instructor grading the tests
