Posting Gradebook:
In order to to post their current gradebook, the user clicks on "Post Gradebook" under the "File" dropdown menu at the top of the program window.
Retrieving Gradebook:
In order to retrieve a gradebook, the user clicks on "Retrieve Gradebook" under the "File" dropdown menu at the top of the program window.
