1.1. Problem Statement

The general problems to be solved with the CS Tutor are as follows:

1. to provide a tool for easy creation and management of online tutorials
2. to keep track of students progress as they complete various parts of the process

While these problems have been solved with other commercial (off the self) products, CS Tutor has other functional improvement over other existing software. This project also has the following goals:

1. to provide a fully documented source code for use in the public domain
2. to provide a project in software engineering to demonstrate knowledge in the software development process
