2.3.1. Basic Navigation

While presenting a lecture, the instructor uses the outline preview sidebar as the primary means of navigation. From this sidebar, the instructor can select a new slide and select the next, previous, first, and last slides.

2.3.1.1. Slide Selection

To select a slide, an instructor clicks on the whitespace between two slide break . In response, the system highlights the slide preview and displays the slide in the public window. Only one slide is highlighted at a time.

2.3.1.2. Clicking Next or Previous Slide

To select the next slide, an instructor clicks on the "next slide" button (the single triangle pointing right). In response, the system highlights the next slide and displays the slide in the public window.

To select the previous slide, an instructor clicks on the "prev slide" button (the single triangle pointing left). In response, the system highlights the previous slide and displays the slide in the public window.

2.3.1.3. Clicking First or Last Slide

To select the next slide, an instructor clicks on the "first slide" button (the double triangle pointing left). In response, the system highlights the first slide and displays the slide in the public window.

To select the previous slide, an instructor clicks on the "last slide" button (the double triangle pointing right). In response, the system highlights the last slide and displays the slide in the public window.
