Once they select their gradebook they are presented with a full gradebook of their assignments and grades for the class. This student's gradebook is complete.
The gradebook shows the category names on top with the weight that they are given in the total grade. Under those are the assignments in each category. Under each of those categories is the score the student got on the assignment and at the end is the category total, with each total based on total points in this example.
The student has the option of finding grade distributions among their classemates if they click on one of the links. This produces an image under neath the grades with a pie chart or other graphic distribution.
The instructor can also choose to let students view the entire gradebook. The student clicks on the "Classmates' Grades" link and they are taken to a page to view all grades with the student information removed.
