Easy Grade Pro is a widely used calendar tool which is integrated with email and allows teachers to easily contact their students about their grades.

Over all this program provides teachers with a basic set of tools and a few higher level functions. There is however, a high learning curve to use the more detailed features and some descriptions of the tools may be misleading.
