Visual Classroom Scheduler is a tool for large scale classroom organization, with the ability to schedule up to 3000 classes per week. It provides a simple visual interface, and drag and drop modification. A key feature is advance warning if a manual modification will create a conflict. It does not, however, provide allowances for instructor preferences.

• Color coded classes makes it easy to spot undesirable class overlap (such as 400 & 500 level courses)
• Easy to swap classes between teachers, rooms or time slots
• Able to create schedules on a daily/weekly/quarterly/anual basis
• Easy to see room usage and class breakdowns
• Shows hours for each professor
• Can view by Room/Class/Professor
• Can create schedule from previous schedule

Bad Features

• Does not allow controlled access
• Doesn't support multiple windows
• Interface can be overwhelming at first
• Poor documentation

Missing Features

• Does not generate schedules automatically
• Does not allow teachers to give time/class preferences
• Cannot open multiple schedules simultaniously
• Cannot easily compare schedules between professors
