2.1.2.1 User Interface Login

Usually the LogIn Process is done automatically depending from which PC the Software is started. So this process is only necessary when the software is started for the first time on a PC or a user wants to login on a different user profile.
When the user hits the LogIn button on the upper right corner of the desktop the following window (Figure 1) will appear.

The Login Window provides a field User Name and a field Password. Furthermore there are two buttons LogIn and Cancel.

The User types in his name in the field User Name and his password in the field Password as shown in Figure 2. Then he clicks on LogIn. The software checks his ID and Password and directs him to the main desktop which is then applied to his user rights. (Here you can find further information about User Rights). If the User Name is unknown or the password is wrong a window pops up with the message "Access denied".
