As the Deepthought Scheduler provides special functionality dependant on the user (i.e. Tool Admin versus a teacher), a user right system is required. Additionally, a Tool Administrator may wish to delegate some data entry functionality without providing full rights to an employee. As such, the users are not based on the teacher resource.
This section will define the UI used to manage these functions.
