2.5.3 Practice Test

The practice test is also very similar to the in-class proctored test. Although, the professor may decide how the practice test is laid out, it will most likely be a concoction of previous test questions. The student can either time themselves via the "Set Timer" button or they can choose to take their time and work through the test at their own pace. If the student times himself, he must enter a valid time, otherwise and error is displayed. The practice test lacks the page proctor button, as well as the submit button (unless the professor decides to make the practice test required). Practice tests are always helpful to both students and even professors. Students get an idea of how the actual test will be made up, and professors will get a gauge of how well their students know the material (if submission is required) or just give the students a chance at doing better on the real test.
