I live with my wife Lori and dog Charile in beautiful Arroyo Grande California. It's about 15 miles south of the Cal Poly campus. There's tons of very cool outside stuff to do in the San Luis Obispo area, including hiking, biking, sailing, surfing, and kayaking. For indoor activities, we have world-class wine tasting and excellent dining ranging from a proliferation of authentic burrito stands to some very fine sit-down restaurants. Oh, and my currently most popular in-door recreation -- hacking on web pages and software testing tools!
