Site 53: Carolita Shipwreck

The Carolita (also known as the X-127) is a ship that served in WWI and part of WWII before being sunk in 1942 by a bomb. It is located just off the shore of Manoel Island and is approximately 23 meters long. It lies at an angle of approximately 45 degrees on the ocean floor at a depth ranging from 6 to 22 meters.
