The first site we went to was Gomerino Palace. This is a private noble residence with a large area of land. The main house is used as a vacation home and for large occasions for the family.
The first cistern we explored was in a small courtyard within the housewalls. The orange tree within the courtyard was full of fruit, providing a serene atmosphere. The citern itself was a located in the corner of the courtyard and had a small square entrance.
