2.5.6. Manual Editing

Once a schedule has been created, it may be helpful for an Administrator user to make small tweaks. This may be most easily done through drag-and-drop manipulation of the Calendar View (section 2.6.2. Calendar View), rather than management of the databases.

An Administrator can drag-and-drop course sections in order to create an optimal schedule. However, the edits must adhere to the Class Patterns specified in the Overall Schedule Preferences Database, as seen in section 2.4.2. Class Patterns. If the edit is invalid, the user will receive a warning.
