eLecta Live is a virtual classroom provided by eLecta Communications LTD. It is available across all standard platforms (Windows, Mac, Linux, Solaris). eLecta Live comes in three editions. Easy Meetings edition is the base edition used for web conferences. The Tutor edition is modeled for use by one teacher. The eLecta Professional edition is for use by the entire university. Overall this product is comprehensive.

Good Features:

Bad Features:

• Subscription price model with a monthly fee (Tutor edition is $40/month).
• Inflexible classroom sizes. A bigger purchase needs to be made to buy more seats in a classroom, with 15 student base for Tutor Edition and 200 attendees for the top end.

Missing Features:

• No accordion feature for powerpoints.
• No overlay support for notetaking on slides.
