The scenario in this section illustrates an instructor user managing the shared question bank. Other functions such as viewing a question in the bank, or adding a question to the bank are illustrated in 2.5.2, and 2.5.3, respectively.

Summary of functionality:

• The instructor user is presented with a list of test questions. Question ID is the unique identifier of the question in the test bank. Class represents which course the question is suitable for, and subject is what subject area the question is suitable for. The difficulty helps the instructor user set the approriate ammount of points for the question.
• When the instructor user presses the 'Delete' button that test question is permanently removed from the test bank.
• When the instructor user presses 'Browse' under the CSV (comma seperated file) importer they are able to select a CSV file that will allow the importing of test questions en masse.
• The New Question Dialogue box is brought up when the instructor user presses the 'Add New Question' button, and is illistrated in Section 2.5.3
• The View Question Details box is brought up when the instructor user presses the 'View' button, and is illistrated in Section 2.5.2
