The loading of files into one of various databases can be done manually via the database 'Add New' commands explained in Section 2.3 Database Menu, or by loading csv files related to one of the databases. This can be done by clicking the options cog next to the database views, shown for the instructor database in Section 2.3.1. The loading of csv files is done through the database, and any files loaded must have the same number of columns follow the column rules or the entries will not be added to the database.

Exportation of the databases as CSV files can also be done through the cog menu and will allow users to transfer data between different instances of the program easily.
