2.7.2 Lesson Server Maintenance

The CSTutor system is designed to need only minimal maintenance.  Eventually, the database of Pages, Quizzes or Tutorials may become too large.  If this becomes a problem, administrators of the server(s) on which the CSTutor files are stored have the ability to delete such material that is either old or worthy of deletion for some other reason (such as the instructor has retired).

The Pages, Quizzes and Tutorials are stored in a subdirectories based on the Instructor that created them.  An example of the file structure is:

To delete the content created by a particular instructor (say, for example, G Fisher), a server administrator needs only to delete the "Fisher G" directory (including sub-directories and files) from the server.
