1. Introduction

This document defines requirements for a web based Computer Science Tutoring Tool. The tool provides functions to assist in the tutoring of individuals logging in via a web browser. Individuals use the CSTutor to view created lectures and help pages for specific topics relevant to computer science. Administrative users run a CSTutor Administration program to manage already created help pages, create new tutorials, and track individual user's progress through the courses.
