Ease of Use

• A manual or help section is not necessary for a new user
• Drawing and text functions should be immediately familiar to any computer user
• Anyone who has used PowerPoint should be familiar with navigating through a lecture
• HTML knowledge helps but is not necessary for creating a lecture

Data Security

• Data is not sensitive
• All computers are networked and may be connected to the Internet
• Programming oversights and bugs would make remote exploits possible
• The instructor must verify that a person is who they say they are when they register
