This scenario depicts a student viewing previously generated campus schedules. It's assumed that the student has already logged into the server.
The user begins by selecting the "Schedule" tab in the Student application. The system responds by displaying the initial schedule view tab as shown in Figure 2.7.2.1:

The initial view of the schedule tab is empty because no viewing options have yet to be selected. On the uppermost portion of the schedule tab is the "Quarter" combo box. The "Quarter" combo box contains a list of available quarters with the most recent previously generated schedules. The bottommost portion of the schedule tab consists of a scrollable view of the schedule. This scrollable view is enabled after "Quarter" is selected from the uppermost combo boxes.
The student proceeds to select a "Quarter" from the combo boxes. The scrollable view is enabled the most recent print view of the selected quarter. Details of schedule viewing for students is discussed in section 2.4.3.
