Additionally, teachers are able to edit preferences and view schedules from their own personal computers. Students also have viewing rights from their personal computers.

The other potential operational setting is in the commercial sense. This scheduling application is appropriate for other education based faculties as well. The specific operational setting there would likely be the same: a personal computer of a schedule administrator.
