2.8.2 Viewing Student Course Requests

The user chooses to view the current requests for courses made by students online. He or she selects 'Administration > Student Feedback > Course Requests' from the menu bar.

Each time the user opens the Student Feedback section, Internet connectivity is verified, and the Student Feedback is updated. If there is no Internet connection available, a dialog box appears informing the user that the Student Feedback has not been updated, as shown in Figure 2.8.2-1.

The user establishes an Internet connection, and clicks 'Retry'. If the user does not want to update at this time, he or she presses 'Cancel'.

The Student Feedback window appears, as shown in Figure 2.8.2-2, displaying course requests.

This window shows the number of requests for the next upcoming three quarters for each course in the database. The user can also view previous course requests by using the left and right scroll at the bottom of the window. The user is able to sort and filter in the same way as described in previous sections.
