• To provide a secure method for viewing test results and scores.
• To provide an environment suitable for taking and scoring practice tests.
• To provide a medium for automatic and manual grading of stored test.

While these individual problems have been solved by various commercially available and public domain products, Test Tool provides a solution which improves the functionality of existing tools.
