The question creation panel consists of two portions. The upper half contains characteristics and tagging information for the question and the bottom half is the question itself. The user first specifies the question type by selecting or typing the question type name in the "Type" field. The bottom portion of the panel will respond accordingly providing the proper fields to enter information for the selected question type.

The user now fills in characteristics of the question as he sees fit. Characteristics of the question are used by an algorithm to determine which questions should be selected for a given section of an exam. The user now proceeds to tag this question with user defined tags. This will allow the user to filter the database more easily.

2.1.2.1 Multiple Choice

In the screen shown in figure ([TODO]), the user selects a multiple choice question. The user is now presented with the option to specify "Question Text" which is the text the test taker will see when taking the exam. The user selects "Single answer" which allows the test taker to pick one of the choices as the correct answer. The user also has the option to select "Multiple answer" which will allow the test taker to select multiple responses. In the answer text area, the user creates four responses by click the "Add Choice" button. The user fills in the possible answers that the test taker will be presented with, and then selects the actual correct answer which the grading algorithm will use to determine if a test taker's response is correct or incorrect.
