The administrative details for the Test Tool are setting up proctored tests, the shared question bank for all teachers, and the administrative process.
Step 1: Teacher generates test
Step 2: Teacher submits test to the department server
Step 3: Proctor accesses test from the department server and hands it out to the students to take
Step 4: Proctor collects all the tests from the students and submits them to the department server
Step 5: Teacher gets the tests from the department server and grades them
Step 6: Students view their grades from home on the department server
As a sidenote there can be multiple teachers, students, and proctors giving tests.
