The user enters a Regular Expression into the text area and clicks on the "OK" button. The TestTool finds any question which has a match to the Regular Expression in the relevant property, and displays that question in the question table. The user clicks on the radio buttons to choose between "All Filters Match" (AND behavior) and "Any Filter Matches" (OR behavior). If the user clears the text area, the TestTool removes the filter for that column.
