The scenario in this section illustrates the administrative function of removing a room.
The user presses Remove Room, and the dialog in Figure 1 is shown.

The user considers two choices: Cancel or
Remove. The user presses Cancel to cancel the removal of the room. The room is in the format of:
Building and Room Number
The user hits Remove to completely remove the room. The room is removed from the list, and the other rooms shift to fill its spot in the list, as shown in Figure 2.
