When a faculty member logs in, they will be able to do a limited amount of what an administrator can do. In the file menu, an instructor may only open a schedule using either the 'Open' or 'Recent' command, and they may exit the program. The edit and help menus work the same as in the administrator settings. An instructor may not enter either the Schedule or Database menu. In the instructor menu, a faculty member has access to 'Select Instructor'. An instructor may go to 'Time Preferences' and 'Course Preferences', but only if the user selected himself/herself from the 'Select Instuctor' dialog. In the 'Student' menu, an instructor may view the results of the survey, but can not take or create the survey.
