2.4.5 Importing an Instructor Database

The user imports an instructor database by using the menu bar. The user goes through 'File > Import > Instructors' to initiate the import process.

A new window appears allowing the user to browse files on the server and select the workspace file from which the instructor database is to be extracted.

'Server Computer' in the new window refers to the server specified with the Set Server window.  The user selects an instructor database to import, and is taken to the Instructors window. The instructors in the database are updated and displayed.
