To open a workspace see opening a workspace. Opening another workspace follows the same procedure as opening the first workspace. The only difference happens when viewing the workspace. All open status windows are dependant on which workspace is active. Only one workspace can be active at any given time; a workspace is active when the user clicks on any window specific to that workspace.
When multiple workspaces are open there are two more viable options in the menu bar, 'Save All' and 'Close All'. 'Save All' works the same as saving a workspace, but works for all workspaces simultaneously. 'Close All' closes all open workspaces.
