The scenarios in this section show a professor setting their course and room preferences with a multitude of options, including:

• Structural viewing by Course, Course Rating, and Course Term Preference for Instructor Course Preferences.
• Structural viewing by Day of Week and Time Slots for Instructor Time Preferences.
• Structural viewing by Building Number, Room Number, and Preference Ratings for Instructor Room Preferences.
  
  Each of these updates the the preference database for the Instructor. Instructors may alter their own database using this interface. Schedulers may also alter Instructors' preferences by directly acccessing the database.
