This document defines requirements for a Test Tool. The tool allows instructors to add a variety of test questions to a database.  The tool generates a test based on requirements the instructor specifies. Then, students take the test electronically. The Test Tool automatically grades the questions where it is feasible to do so; the instructor reviews the automatically graded questions, and finishes the grading as necessary.
