There are two steps required in order to add a question to the database. First the user fills out the main screen which includes the class, keywords, difficulty, and the time allowed for the question. The class field should take the course prefix followed by the course number. Keywords are separated by a comma. The difficulty of an exam can range from 1 to 10 which is the lowest to the highest. The time allocated for the question should be entered in minutes.
Once all of the fields have been filled out the user can then click the 'Proceed to Question Type' button to move onto the next step in the question creation process. The following list describes how to create each of the six question types supported by the Test Tool.
