The SCHMO main website is designed to be used by hotel staff. The main functionality of the website is for hotels to advertise available rooms by posting availability on the website. To get to the listing page, a hotel staff member must first log into the website using their login username and password, as shown in Figure 1. To obtain a login username and password, the hotel staff must register the hotel through the website by clicking on "Create an Account" link located at the bottom of the page.

After clicking on the "Create an Account" link, the webpage in Figure 2 is displayed. All sections except for "Website" are mandatory and must be filled out before submitting. Clicking on the submit button will send the information to the Aptos Chamber of Commerce staff to be verified. Upon verification, the hotel staff will send a confirmation email with a temporary login and password to the email address provided.

To retrieve a forgotton login username or password, click on the "Lost Information" link on the Home or FAQ page to go to the webpage shown in Figure 3.
