How To Apply

NOTE: Application deadline is Sunday, October 29, 2016 at 11pm.

Eligibility: To be eligible for participation in the 2018 ICEX program, students must meet the following criteria:

1) Must be enrolled in a Cal Poly Engineering program through Fall quarter 2018

2) Must have completed at least 1 year of study at Cal Poly

3) Must have a minimum GPA of 3.0

4) Must pay deposit amount of $200, either through personal funds, bursary, or from fundraising by December 1, 2017. After March 30, 2018, the $200 fee is non-refundable.

Travel Documentation: If accepted to join the team, a number of travel documents must be completed for travel authorization. Please see the Cal Poly International Programs webpage to get an idea of the necessary forms for student travel. Exact directions for forms that must be completed in a timely manner will be announced to those invited to the team.
