Senior projects, M.S. thesis work and other projects are ordered by the quarter in which they started. M.S. committee work is shown for the quarters when the defenses took place, or in the quarters when I was recruited for the committee, which often is the same.

Documentation: proposals, status reports, final reports, theses, is added as it is accumulated throughout the life of the project. Once the project is completed, a note is made.
