The primary functionality of the Grader Tool is for a professor to manage gradebooks for the courses they teach. These functionalities include adding students and assignments to the course, inputting scores for the assignments, and computing students final scores for the course. The Grader tool also provides functionality for a professor to be able to graphically view the courses grades, and adjust the minimum letter grade scores from the visuals (pie charts and histograms).

The Grader tool also provides functionality for students to be able to view their current performance in the course against the other students, as well as grade prediction. The student use functionalities are not yet covered for this milestone.

Following an overview of the Calendar user interface, details of system use are presented in the following scenarios:

• a professor importing a gradebook for a course
• a professor managing the students for a gradebook
• a professor managing the graded items for a gradebook
• a user changing the viewing details for the gradebook
• a professor using the data analysis page for the gradebook
