This document defines requirements for an Electronic Classroom Tool. The tool provides functions to conduct lectures across a network of computers to individual users. Individual users use the Electronic Classroom Tool to view lectures and interact with administrators. Administrative users use the Electronic Classroom Tool to create and deliver lectures and interact with individual users.

In addition to providing useful functionality, the Electronic Classroom Tool serves as a pedagogical example of software engineering concepts and principles. The software development artifacts for the Electronic Classroom tool are considered part of the overall Electronic Classroom Tool package.
