The following systems are related to the CSTutor program and are currently available:

Webteacher
Each of these systems provides a number of the features considered for CSTutor, however, none of them provide everything requested. Several of them are also not designed for class use, and are more of general information websites. Important functionality not found in any of the reviewed tools includes:
- code execution for examples
- Per teacher and per student configuration
- Remote program control by teachers for demonstration
