2.2. Creating and Editing a Basic Project

Each schedule is saved within its project directory along with its three data bases. These three data bases are instructor data base, course data base, and room data base. All three data bases contain only information that are current to the schedule in their directory. The reason to build a project for each schedule is that the data bases for each project are different from one another. Data bases of each project are also different from the common pool of instructors, courses, and rooms that all schedules have access to. Providing data bases for each project avoids confusions among data transfers.

The following subsections describes the scenarios of a user create and edit a project.
