2.4 Schedule Viewing

The scenarios in this section walkthough the various ways a schedule can be viewed.

• The Catalog View displays the schedule similar to the printed catalog. A Schedule Administrator, a Teacher or a Student can use a Catalog View.
• The Week View displays the schedule by day and hour, and can be used by a Scheduler Admin or a Teacher.
• The Table View displays the schedule in a spread-sheet database like view. Its only usable by a Scheduler Admin and is the only editable view.
