The scenario in this section details how the user must setup the program initially. Users are guided through the process in two steps. All users are asked to fill in login information, detailed in section 2.1. Administrators view or create files for the database because, the databases are completely empty when the program is initially launched. Instructors are instructed to change their preferences.
