Administrative users are allowed to edit workspaces and local databases within them. The database that contains a list of administrators is separate from other databases (it is not related to the instructor database). To make someone an administrator, their username must be entered into the administrator database. To remove someone from being an administrator, their username must be removed from the database. This database is stored within a workspace. It is copied with a workspace if it is used to generate a new workspace.
