The user imports a classroom database by using the menu bar. The user goes through 'File > Import > Classrooms' to initiate the import process.

A new window appears allowing the user to browse files on the server and select the classroom database to be imported.

'Server Computer' in the new window refers to the server specified with the Set Server window.  The user selects a classroom database to import, and is taken to the Classrooms window. The classrooms in the database are updated and displayed.
