These systems offer a variety of different approaches to the development, creation and administering of tests. Each system provides tools for basic question building and exam generation and an assortment of other features. While these systems are usable for a wide range of disciplines they are generally incumbered by a profuseness of features. A goal for Test Tool is to create a product more specific to testing with computer related subjects. Additional goals include providing the end-user with the following:
