2.4 Advanced Details of Scheduling

The user has now created a project, loaded the various databases, and created a schedule, now the user will want to make minor adjustments, add new sections or perhaps remove a section. The user may want to change a room for a particular section or even the instructor. All these are advanced details of scheduling and are in this section.

The scheduler may have a conflict that it cannot resolve, not enough instructors or no room is available for a section. Conflicts such as these require the user to manually resolve them. This section will address the importance of careful Conflict Resolution.

Finally, after creating the schedule, the user may wish to create a report that evaluates the performance of the Class Scheduler tool. This section will walk the user through that process.
