A Question Bank is a collection of questions. There are two
different types of Question Banks, a Local Question Bank and a Shared
Question Bank. A Local Question Bank is stored on the same computer the
user runs the program from. The Local Question Bank's main purpose is
to supply the test generator with questions. In a Local Question Bank,
the user can create new questions, edit questions, delete questions,
and upload questions to a Shared Question Bank. A Shared Question Bank
is stored on another computer that is accessible by many users. The
Shared Question Bank's main purpose is to allow many users to share
questions with each other. In a Shared Question Bank, the user can
download questions to their Local Question Bank. In addition, the
Administrator, and only the Administrator, of the Shared Question Bank
can edit questions and delete questions. The Administrator of the
Shared Question Bank is the user who created the Shared Question Bank.
