2.3.1.0 Adding

 These scenarios shows a teacher adding, importing/exporting, and editing a question . Adding questions to the question database is one of the most commonly performed operations in the Test Tool.  In these scenarios, we will assume that the teacher is a teacher who has opened the Test Tool and has teacher privileges.
